Our J Hooks are designed to hold Olympic-style barbells in between sets or workouts. Easy to attach and detach. It is fit for 2" x 2" power rack with 1-inch hole. Compatible with our PMAX-2250, and Destroyer M10 Power Racks and PMAX-5600 Smith Machine.
