General Questions

I forgot to use my discount code. Can that be applied to my order?
If you placed an order and forgot to apply your discount code, please take the following steps:
1. Email orders at service@ritkeeps.com
2. Send us your order number and the screenshot of the discount code you provided.
3. Please allow for 2-3 business days for a reply.
Can I cencel my order?
We try to get orders out as fast as possible. If you need to cancel, please email us at orders at service@ritkeeps.com immediately with "CANCEL" in the subject line and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please keep in mind that cancellations are not guaranteed if the tracking numbers are generated or the orders are too far along in the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How is my credit card infomation saved?
RitKeep Home Gym Fitness Stores an encrypted customer identifier that corresponds to information stored with our Merchant Services Provider. This key is transmitted via a secure connection only at the time of authorization. No personally identifiable information is stored on RitKeep’s servers. Customer payment information is stored for 120 days for processing certain types of follow-up transactions (for example, refunds). After this time period, full customer information is purged and only masked information is stored.

Please note: Credit Cards are only stored for users of RetKeep if the customer chooses to store their information.

When will my order ship?
Our Processing Time is 2-5 working days, You will receive an e-mail notification from us as soon as your shipment has been sent. You can also track and view orders.

How do I check my order status / tracking infomation?

I only received part of my order. Where is the rest of it?
Your order may have shipped in multiple packages, some products are too heavy or too many parts to send in one package. In order to allow you receive the complete product, we have divided the product into several packages.

Note: Packages may not arrive at the same time. but you would have only received 1 tracking number.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?
If you want to change the delivery address after you placed an order, please contact us by email: service@ritkeeps.com. But we donot guarantee that the address can be changed 100% after your order shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Normally, our standard delivery Fee is $5.99 USD, but you can get a free standard delivery if your order over $150 USD.

Return & Refunds FAQs

If I received the items but I don't like, can I return it?
Yes. RitKeep has a 30-Day return policy after you received the items.

Specifically include the following requirements:

1. The outer packaging of the product is complete;
2. Please ensure that the returned product is still in the original condition of purchase and meets the conditions for secondary sales.
3. The product is in good condition. That is, the surface of the product has no scratches, no wear/damage, no bumps, no traces of use, etc. the product can maintain its original quality and function.
4. If the product is equipped with accessories, the accessories should be complete.
5. If the returned product does not meet the above return requirements, RitKeep reserves the right to refuse to accept the return application, and the buyer shall bear the relevant shipping costs.
Can I request a return more than 30 days after received?
Sorry, We donot accept a return over 30 days.
When can I get my money back after I returned the items?
Returned items will always be refunded to the original payment method used when placing your order.

- We will credit your account within 5 - 10 working days of receipt of your items.

*Please note:
1. Customs duties and additional fees paid are non-refundable.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
