Shipping Scope
We only ship within the United States except Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military and air bases. We have partnered with reliable shipping carriers like FedEx and UPS for all our shipments.
**Note that we don't ship to PO BOX Address.
Shipping Time
- For orders without pre-order items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days.
- For orders including pre-order items will be processed and shipping within 30 days.
- The delivery timeframe would be 10-15 days.
*Please notify that we cannot guarantee delivery time under special circumstances, such as natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc. If there are special circumstances, we will inform you on the homepage of the store.
Shipping Fee
- We provide a Standard Delivery option at a fee of $5.99 USD.
- We provide Free Delivery on orders above $150 USD.

Undeliverable Packages
In case a package delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or other factors, we will make every effort to contact you and resolve the situation. Please note that there may be additional shipping fees for reshipment.
