Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Scope
We only ship within the United States except Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military and air bases. We have partnered with reliable shipping carriers like FedEx and UPS for all our shipments.
**Note that we don't ship to PO BOX Address.
Shipping Time
- For orders without pre-order items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days.
- For orders including pre-order items will be processed and shipping within 15 working days.
- The delivery timeframe would be 10-15 days.
*Please notify that we cannot guarantee delivery time under special circumstances, such as natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc. If there are special circumstances, we will inform you on the homepage of the store.
Shipping Fee
- We provide a Standard Delivery option at a fee of $5.99 USD.
- We provide Free Delivery on orders above $150 USD.

Shipping Damage
We offer shipping insurance at checkout. We recommend that you inspect your goods prior to signing for them from the shipper.
If your box arrives damaged you MUST MAKE A NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING THAT THE ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED.
If this is not done then we can not file a damage claim with the shipper and we can not return your package.
In many cases, the box may seem damaged, but the product inside is in tact and in good working order. We will not swap out a new item if this is the case.
*Please notify you must count the number of packages/ items and be sure it matches the Bill of Lading (delivery papers) and your packing slip. The freight company will not take back any packaging materials from the order such as pallets, wrapping or boxes. They are yours to dispose of.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
RitKeep includes the customs and taxes applied to your order.
Undeliverable Packages
In case a package delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or other factors, we will make every effort to contact you and resolve the situation. Please note that there may be additional shipping fees for reshipment.
How To Track Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order once your order has shipped. You can use this Tracking Link to monitor your shipment's status and estimated delivery date.
