Return & Refund Policy

  • RitKeep has a 30-Day return benefit after you received the items.
  • You can cancel the order at any time before RitKeep has shipped the products to you. Under normal circumstances, RitKeep will process your order cancellation request within 2-3 business days. Once the order has entered the shipped stage, it may not be canceled. Please contact us by email: service@ritkeeps.com.
  • After the order is canceled, RitKeep will not reserve inventory for you, resulting in insufficient stock and unable to purchase. Please contact us by email: service@ritkeeps.com.
  • After you submit the cancellation request, we will send you the processing result by email. If the cancellation is not successful, please contact us and follow the steps outlined in the Returns Policy to make a return.
  • The delivery cannot be delivered due to special reasons, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc. We will notify you by sending an email.

Restrictions on No Reason To Return:

Please ensure that the returned product is still in the original condition of purchase and meets the conditions for secondary sales. Specifically include the following requirements:

  • The outer packaging of the product is complete;
  • The product is in good condition. That is, the surface of the product has no scratches, no wear/damage, no bumps, no traces of use, etc. the product can maintain its original quality and function;
  • If the product is equipped with accessories, the accessories should be complete.
  • If the returned product does not meet the above return requirements, RitKeep reserves the right to refuse to accept the return application, and the buyer shall bear the relevant shipping costs.
  • All clearance items and On Sale items will not be eligible for a refund

Damages and Issue

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, send us the item photos to email: service@ritkeeps.com. Ritkeep reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion. If you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue, please also send us the item photos to email: service@ritkeeps.com. Any replaced merchandise will be shipped and paid by a RitKeep approved carrier.


Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. To ensure that your return request is approved, you need to contact RitKeep service service@ritkeeps.com. Once your request is accepted, we’ll send you the return Information details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be rejectd. 

     

    Shipping Fees for Return

    • For all returns (buyer’s remorse, canceled orders that shipped before canceling, ordered the wrong color/size/type, etc.), the shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
    • For all returns from damaged or defective products, or other seller's reasons, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the seller.

     

    Our Return Process System:

    ➤➤Step 1 - Send a Request

    You need to contact RitKeep service at service@ritkeeps.com first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return Infomation details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    *Please Note:
    • All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging.
    • If the items are damaged or used after we checked, they cannot be returned.
    • We only provide pre-paid return labels for returns due to RitKeep's reasons, once your request is approved, we will send you the return label by email attachment within 3 business days.

    ➤➤Step 2 - Ship Back Info

    Please fill out the returns section on the order slip that came with your parcel or write full returns cover note within your parcel so we can process your request swiftly. The following details must be included in your return:

    • Whether you would like a refund for your item, or to exchange your item
    • Your full name, email address, and phone number
    • Order number
    • Your returns address (if you need an exchange)

      *Orders returned without an order slip or returns cover note will take longer to process and in some circumstances will not be processed at all. Please do not send back your item without any information.

      *For your return, we propose using a trackable shipping service like DHL or Fedex or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      ➤➤Step 3 - Inspection

      • The outer packaging of the product is complete;
      • Please ensure that the returned product is still in the original condition of purchase and meets the conditions for secondary sales. Specifically include the following requirements:
      • The product is in good condition. The surface of the product has no scratches, no wear/damage, no bumps, no traces of use, etc. the product can maintain its original quality and function;
      • The product is equipped with accessories, the accessories should be complete;

      ➤➤Step 4 - Refunds

      Refunds will always be refunded to the original payment method used when placing your order. We will credit your account within 5-10 business days of receipt of your items.

      *Please note:

      • Customs duties and additional fees paid are non-refundable.
      • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
